GOALROW
Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties
Seller: BUNLabs (“Seller”) — https://bunlabs.co — Contact: [email protected]
Buyer: The natural person who purchases digital products or subscriptions in the GOALROW app via the Apple App Store or Google Play (“Buyer” / “Consumer”).
This agreement covers distance sales of digital content concluded by electronic means.
2. Subject
The sale and supply of GOALROW digital content and services: token packs, jokers purchased with tokens, the Ad-free Pitch subscription and similar in-app purchases.
3. Products and services
Token packs: Virtual currency for use only in GOALROW (e.g. 200 / 1000 / 5000 tokens). No cash value.
Jokers: Digital match aids bought with tokens.
Ad-free Pitch: Auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription that removes mandatory match ads.
Catalogue sample prices in TRY are illustrative; the price and currency shown by Apple or Google at checkout are binding.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Apple or Google. Digital content is credited to your account promptly after successful payment. Subscription benefits last for the paid period.
5. Withdrawal / refunds
Where digital content is supplied immediately with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply. Once tokens, jokers or subscription access are delivered, refunds are limited to store policies and mandatory consumer law.
Cancel subscriptions in App Store or Google Play account settings before renewal.
6. Obligations
The Seller shall deliver purchased digital content with reasonable care. The Buyer shall provide accurate account details, follow store rules and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Cheating and unlawful use are prohibited.
7. Complaints
Contact [email protected]. You may also use Apple / Google support channels and applicable consumer dispute bodies in your country.
8. Acceptance
