Privacy Policy — GOALROW

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the GOALROW mobile app and the goalrow.app website operated by BUNLabs (“we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data we collect

Account & identity: email address; when you sign in with Google or Apple, the email (and for Apple, name) shared by that provider; anonymous user ID for guest sessions.

Profile & gameplay: alias, country code, level, XP, ranking (MMR), match results, inventory (cards, jokers), room / matchmaking data.

Settings: language preference, audio / haptics and similar app preferences (on device and/or on your account).

Device & usage: language and region; camera access only when scanning a room QR code. We do not collect GPS location.

Website: email addresses you voluntarily submit via the waitlist form are stored in our Supabase database; you can also email us directly for support.

3. How we use data

We use your data to create and manage your account, run the game (matchmaking, rooms, rankings), remember preferences, respond to support requests, and improve the service. Marketing emails are sent only when you explicitly request them (e.g. launch waitlist).

4. Storage & infrastructure

Game and account data are primarily processed and stored on Supabase. You may authenticate via Google and Apple. Data is retained as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

5. Third parties

We currently do not use ad SDKs, Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics, or similar analytics / tracking tools. Google and Apple are used for sign-in; Supabase for hosting and database. Their own privacy policies apply.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data via in-app account deletion or by emailing [email protected]. Additional rights under GDPR / applicable local law remain reserved.

7. Children

GOALROW is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from that age group.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page; we will notify you of material changes where appropriate.
